Olivia is known in Elmore jr high as a trouble making idiot and the one who cause there school there championship game. Penny kicked her out of the cheer squad even though she was forced to tryout by Penny after Olivia kept getting bored and quit her hobbies and that she was sitting on the couch for a few weeks and being lazy. She passed only due to dumb luck.

After being depressed for a bit Olivia started to go for school president after seeing a flyer. she tries to get Tiffany to be her vice president only for Tiffany to day that she is running for it and has a VP. Olivia tries to get someone as in students from her classroom to be her VP but they said no point out her flaws and started running after Olivia asking them to be her VP.

Unlike her father who get sad and quit, Olivia decide to do it herself and have no VP. Tiffany did ask her to stop after this but Olivia said no. Using a book called The Thirty-Six Stratagems and using the weaknesses of her classmates, there parents and Tiffany's gullible nature she won that election.

I thought it over and I think after arc 2. Nococchio arrives in arc 3, As Ocean Man is an independent stand but this doesn't mean the zodicali arrive yet. So far what i think is after the franklin insident. Nicolas and Darrel go fishing in the ocean where coincidentally Ocho,Clare,Carrie and William arrive with Genbu(the evil turtle) to find a golden key in the ocean. They get swallowed up by the killer dogfish where they meet Nococchio.

Other stuff that happens they get there team name Tartarus by Paul,and election in the school, Penny and Nicolas rivialy,Penny gets send to the void, Lapin accidentally goes into the void and unknowingly frees Rob and Penny who get disfigured. Bobert is reborn as Metal Ball because of Doctor Watterson, the mayor appears in elmore, Noco is very shocked of the morden day and is curious about the new world she's in.
